Greetings from Mejora
“Mejora” means Improvement in Spanish.
We are all in a journey through out our life to improve, most of it redirects back to “improvement” in our professional environment.
Improvement means we always have to solve problem, a business problem. Whatever role we might be, we can be an executive, manager, middle management or even senior leadership team, we keep solving the problems and keep moving ahead.
Our Goals
Mejora provides a structured collaborative platform to learn, Implement, & solve business problems using Lean Six Sigma & more methodologies. Our goal is to-
- Reach and spread the awareness to a million professionals about the problem-solving methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Theory of constraints, PDCA.
- Provide them with a platform though which they can understand and apply these methodologies to solve business problems they/Their organization might be facing.
- The use of the methodologies would be focused on solving business problems which bring in an improvement in the business performance.
Objectives
BUILD A PLATFORM
- Create a platform for learners, mentors & Entrepreneurs, business leaders to connect with each other with a common objective to learn and solve business problems or improve business performances.
CONNECT
- Connect with professionals, “Learners” who are interested to learn & apply the problem solving methodologies, to solve business problems or improve business performances.
- Connect with professionals who would mentor the Learners to get awareness, understand, apply the methodologies.
- Connect with Entrepreneurs or business leaders to provide a platform to both learners and Mentors to apply these principles.
LEARNING AIDS
- Provide learning aids, brief on the methodologies, articles, examples, and content for learners to know-comprehend-apply tools taught in the methodologies.
- Mentors to support learners in applying the tools step by step in a practical environment.
